The Schome Park panic button

This is intended to summon help if there is a panic (ie something a bit more than a minor problem).

When you push the button a message is sent to members of staff telling them that you need help - if they are already on Schome Park then it appears as a Chat message, if there are no staff on Schome Park then it is emailed to them. The message includes the name of the person who pressed the panic button. A member of staff will respond as rapidly as they can to the request - but they may be involved in helping someone else at the time - so you may have to wait a bit ...

Log of use

We are recording here when we responded to a panic request that has been emailed out to staff - so we can track activity and not duplicate effort.
