SchomeBase Literature Discussion Group Meeting 5
| |
Details | Participants |
Date: Sunday 24 August 2008
This evening we will be playing our own version of the TV programme Call My Bluff. Each participant should come prepared with an unusual word which, hopefully, the other group members will not be familiar with. As well as the word, and its dictionary definition, two believable yet fake definitions should be brought. You might want to simply steal the definition of another word, or have fun inventing you own. We will take turns to present our chosen word, and the three definitions (one true and two bluffs.) It's up to everyone else to correctly identify the true definition.
It might be wise to have two or even three words ready in case somebody bags yours before your turn, or we have time to spare for another round.
