Could you post introduction messages in the schome park introduction forum (schome park-> 4th or 5th down)

keeps everything in order and more people will see your requests for buddies :)

I'm not sure that is needed as schome park isn't open yet so they are not being introduced there, but to schome itself, also I am unclear as to why there are 2 introduction spaces?

The second one was originally the buddies/THS talk forum, but were merged and subsequently renamed following the forum reorganisation earlier this week.

There's a reason my plan didn't touch the buddy requesting forum. Doing anything to it became horribly confusing.

I'm with Achilles on this one. The distinction is between folk who are interested in schome but are not part of the Schome Park Project (ie not involved in using Second Life as part of Schome) and those people who are joining the Schome Park Project. The former should use Introductions (http://schome.open.ac.uk/forum/index.php?board=5.0) and the latter should use Schome Park Introductions (http://schome.open.ac.uk/forum/index.php?board=60.0).

I realise that this distinction will be completely unclear to anyone who is not already part of the community - but I am about to go off and edit the email that new members of the Schome Park Project get sent when they have been signed up for the forum so that they know this.  ::)
