This template can be used on pages that need expanding or adding to.

Why not have it automatically add things to a category instead? - Kathy Schomer 20:14, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
How do you mean? As in the additional "expand" category is added? I thought a more visual approach was better, something to immediately attract attention. Peter mentioned an automated system, said you might know how to find and use it? Anyway, please post your ideas, I'm pretty sure there's a better way than mine... --Marsbar9 Schomer 20:22, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
I was referring to the "please add a note" part. Instead of that, just use a category (or, for added fun, I suppose you could {{transclude}} the category into the page... On an unrelated note, I'd also move this from the tautologous Templates:WikiTemplates/Expansion to just Template:Expansion. - Kathy Schomer 20:29, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
{{transclude}}? tautologus? Do you fancy doing it? lol --Marsbar9 Schomer 20:35, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
"Transclude" is the official term for including templates in a page. A tautology is a redundant word - e.g. "PIN number" (where PIN stands for "Personal Identification Number") - Kathy Schomer 20:41, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
Oddly, it's not actually adding the page to the category. I blame the old wiki version. - Kathy Schomer 20:44, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
Oh right - thanks :)--Marsbar9 Schomer 20:46, 17 January 2008 (GMT)
