Date: Thursday 6th November Time: 8:00 pm GMT Venue: nOUbie centre (plus site visits) Organiser: Martin Pattle Overview: Illusions and hallucinations We will visit some psychological illusions on display in Second Life. Also, we will discuss the "Virtual Hallucinations" simulation. Any other info: There is homework for this meeting! You should visit the Virtual Hallucinations site individually. The best way to experience it is with headphones, since audio hallucinations are carefully crafted. Really, it isn't worth going without headphones. Then we will be able to discuss the simulation from our experience. The illusions visits will follow discussions of this simulation. There are a number of educational sites with visual illusions.
