Svarga

The island of Svarga has its own ecosystem. There are clouds in the sky, and occasionally it rains which, apparently, encourages the plants to grow. The plants sometimes send out showers of seeds or pollen. If you teleport to the island and watch the large plant immediately in front of you, you should see it doing that. Thre are also insects around which help to pollinate the plants.

I don't know if the Forest of Kahruvel (teleport to Rodeo, which you should be able to find on the Region search) also has an ecosystem, but it does have clouds, and some fabulous thunderstorms with sound effects.

Could we have our own weather on Schomebase?
