To what extent do the SParkers develop knowledge age skills?

This is the third key question for the schome-NAGTY Teen Second Life Pilot. We are developing a set of metrics related to Knowledge Age skills - things like leadership, communication, teamwork, problem solving.

The data on this will be more subjective - relying largely on staff and SParker perceptions of how these have developed.

We are currently developing questions for semi-structured interviews that some SParkers who are part of the research team will ask of other SParkers.

Other data will be collected from the discussions in the forum (eg the topic on 'What are we learning?'), contributions to the wiki (eg documentation of what has happened within Schome Park in The Schome Park bliki), and of course the building and other activities within Schome Park itself.
