Government pics

I was thinking that once we have our government set up, we could take some pics of the people in the different departments.
We could put them onto the wiki, so everyone knows what we look like, so they know who to go to etc.
And Trix could put it onto our photobucket account.

What do you all think?

I think that's a good idea -  a kind of government 'who's who' page. And I can easily put them on the photobucket too.

Photobucket is a specific image host on the internet that allows you to upload your images so that other people can see them, and you can put them in forum signatures and things.

This topic is about the photobucket account set up for us to use.

How about you stick to one look when you are doing government stuff, "on duty"?
Then, when your not at work in the government, you can change it however much you want

what happens when you forgot to savve your official look (has happened manytimes like when making trix's dress, i forgot to unclick the save shape thing when i made anoher outfit..so come t put it on and i look like trix...ididnt like it (no offence)

Well- your suit isn't exactly difficult to spot in ANY colour!!!!

Oh and i think the pictures is a brilliant idea- a stroke of genius if I must say!!!! =)

Image etc. page can be found here. I've got a few images up, but it would be great if everyone could add one for themselves. If you don't have image upload rights, either speak to PeterT, or send me the image in a PM.

Once your image is uploaded, you need to click 'edit' at the top of the page and scroll down until you find your name. Find the bit that says 'yourname.png' and change it to the name of the file and extension you just uploaded. When you click 'save' it should come up.

What I can't work out is how to get the images the same height and the same width. I've got a pixel size set on the images, but that seems to be just for the width, because the heights are so variable...any suggestions?

You can't force pix to the same height and width without distorting them. If you've got a long, tall pic of Mars and a short, wide pic of Decimus then you'd be scrunching Mars up, or stretching Deci out or a combination of the two if you forced them to the same dimensions.

Try cropping the pictures before you upload them - or give everyone dimenions for their pictures.

Ok, so we need a pixel limit basically, so that everyone's picture is the same size.

My picture is 200x300 px (basexheight), which works fine, so anything with a 2:3 ratio would be good. If you can't/don't know how/don't want to crop your image, PM them to me and I'll do it.
