Events for new schomers/sparkers
« on: November 07, 2007, 09:02:42 PM »
Just a reminder to all new schomers/sparkers that we have a intro meeting going on tommrow (thursday night) at 8pm GMT (3pm US time) which will tell you about the governance structure and general information

And on friday we have building lessons again at 8pm (3pm US time) which will involve building some low prim furniture and the techniques used here can be used to build virtually anything!

Venues for both to be decided (we'll tp you to the locations if your far away)

hope to see you there

Do you want to suggest a day?-I'm sure we can arrange things around that.
'I am the gadfly'-or at least, I'd like to be

Question everything, including this.

I'll be able to make that. Are there any people who want help and will turn up on Monday (the one on Thursday didn't happen more because there weren't people wanting help than because there were too few people willing to give it)

Just another reminder to new folk that the Schome Park Events page in the wiki provides a list of scheduled events.

Experience so far suggests that if you publicise and event on this page (and give enough advance warning) then you get a much better turnout ...
