Yes, rather aptly circumstances seem to have conspired to prevent the session on free will taking place tonight...was putting off postponing in the hope it might come back while there were still enough people around to make it worthwhile going ahead, but I think we should write tonight off now.
Thanks to all those who signed up, I'm happy to reschedule for the same time tomorrow if enough of those people read this and respond before then (and any newcomers of course), I'll check the response at about 5pm tomorrow.
If that is too short notice I will post a new session date ASAP - it will not be until the week commencing 3rd September I'm afraid...

It is strange that technology, while liberating us so much in some ways, must always end up causing problems of its own.  lol
I should be able to make tomorrow and look forward to it.

I'll be able to make the session today (except in the case of natural disaster/my computer self-destructing, of course  :D).

In that case I will be in the Japanese garden at 7 and we'll just see how many can make it.
Just seen Decimus who might make it too....
See you then

Thanks to all those who came along tonight, there were some very interesting views put forward on the topic of free will (and many other topics besides!)
I will be posting another session soon, topic TBC. If there is anything in particular you would like to see covered please let me know here.
Hope to see some of you at the next session.

Nooooo!

I missed it *sniffs* :'(
Oh well... :-\
I wonder if the series of events conspiring to stop us was because there was no free will, and that fate had decided that we shouldn't dicuss this topic after all...

Or maby it was a coincidence...
If you believe in coincedences... ;)
